La Verdad Solo Singing Contest
One of the best big events for this
year is the celebration of the Christian Living Week. This kind of celebration
is also help me to smile even though there’s problems come unto me. There were
a lot of contests in this celebration and of these is the La Verdad Solo
Singing Contest (LSS).
This is the first time in my school life to
celebrate this kind of event. LSS is one of my favorite parts. Many 1st
year students in my school have joined this contest. There were also judges who
appointed to participate for the LSS contest, some of them is our professors.
They supposed to give a score 1 to 5, and 5 is the highest point. I can proudly
to say that all of the contestants have a good voice and guts to join the
official ASOP in UNTV. Moreover, it was also said by the one of the best
interpreter in the ASOP in UNTV (I’m apologize because I forgot his name) he
said that “actually, they have a guts to be a contestants in an official ASOP
in UNTV”. I know that this is really important for them to hear it from the
very well known interpreter such him because it can gives motivation and
inspiration to develop their talent. And during the contest the crowd looked
quite surprised because of some unexpected contestants who joined the contest;
they show that they also have a talent. Most of the contestant have a “quirk
movements” like a professional singer to introduced into all students who
watching them that they can sing with a good choreography.
Moreover, we like to give thanks to all of the contestants because of
their effort to offer us a truly impressive number or talent from them. They
give a time to rehearse their song despite of their hectic schedules just to
perform and give happiness for the students who celebrate the Christian Living
Week. To God be the glory.
